Guidance
Student Services at Woodroffe High School includes Guidance and Career Education, Cooperative Education and Special Education. Our team includes guidance counselors, learning support teachers, diversion/student counselor, educational assistants, a guidance technician, multicultural liaison officer (MLO), psychologist and social worker.
We are fortunate to have the support of counselors from Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services, the Pastoral Care Program and Pinecrest Queensway Family Health Clinic.
The role of the Guidance staff is to help answer student questions and explore alternatives to educational, career and personal concerns.
Every student at Woodroffe High School is assigned a guidance counselor, based on the first letter of their last name.
Appointments can be made before school, after school, at breaks or during the lunch period. We are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
